Do you hold meetings?

Yes. Typically, meetings will be held once every two months on the 2nd Monday of January, March, May, September and November. Time, date and location details will be published on our website.

Do you have guest speakers?

Yes. Our aim is to have between two and five guest speakers a year. We are open to suggestions, so please email us if you have a specific topic you would like to see presented.

Can you give advice?

While we are not insured to issue advice, we are more than happy to discuss issues other Landlords have faced and how such issues played out. We can also point you in the right direction should you need more in-depth advice relating to a variety of Landlord issues.

Do you have any agreements with other organizations?

We have an agreement with LandlordBC. Based in Vancouver and Victoria, in addition to providing a toll-free helpline, they offer almost 30 on-line guides and forms including their superior Application Forms, Residential Tenancy Agreements, and Condition Inspections forms. They also have a number of "preferred providers" that offer preferential rates to LandlordBC members. Full details can be found on their website at www.LandlordBC.ca

We also plan to approach Central and Northern BC based companies as our membership grows to obtain preferential rates and discounts with local providers.
